(*1955) Raymond Loretan studied law in Fribourg and served in the diplomatic corps for over 20 years. He was a co-founder of the Geneva-based FBL Associés consultancy. Deputy Chairman of the Board of AEVIS VICTORIA SA, he also holds Directorships in various subsidiaries of the Group.
Philippe Glasson studied medicine in Geneva and is a qualified specialist in internal medicine and nephrology. A member of various specialist medical organizations, he has been working for the Clinique de Genolier since 1984. At Swiss Medical Network he is Chairman of the Medical Coordination Group and delegate for the medical affairs.
(*1969) Born in Neuchâtel, Fabrice Zumbrunnen will join the Swiss Medical Network as a member of the Board of Directors in 2023. The business economist spent most of his career to date at the Migros Group, where he held the post of CEO from 2018 to 2023. He played a key role in shaping Migros' medical strategy, which began with the acquisition of Medbase in 2001, and was successfully expanded under his leadership. He has now been able to contribute this knowledge in the field of promoting integrative and high-quality medical services to the Réseau de l'Arc. In 2024, he will be appointed CEO of AEVIS VICTORIA and assume the position of Delegate of the Board of Directors of the Swiss Medical Network.
(*1966) Antoine Hubert acquired a shareholding in the Clinique de Genolier in 2002 and founded Swiss Medical Network in 2004. Prior to this he had been active in the real-estate sector, and had established and managed numerous companies in a wide range of fields. At AEVIS VICTORIA SA and Swiss Medical Network SA he serves as Delegate of the Board, and also holds further functions and Directorships in various subsidiaries of the Group.
(*1945) Michel Reybier held various executive positions in the food industry, and is also active in the hotel sector. He is the founder and owner with his family of the La Réserve hotel group and Domaines Reybier, specialized in vine growing. He is co-founder of and a shareholder in Mama Shelter Hotels. At AEVIS VICTORIA SA he is a member of the Board of Directors and holds Directorships in various subsidiaries of the Group.
(*1967) Native of Fribourg, he obtained a Master's degree in Physics from the EPFL. Jacques Boschung is CEO of Kudelski Security. He shares his experience in the Board of Directors of Swiss Medical Network, particularly with regard to the computerisation of processes in clinics and medical centres and the provision of high-performance digital tools.
(*1967) Angelo Eggli studied law in Bern and Zurich. He is an advocate and holds an LL.M in international business law. As CEO and member of the Executive Board, he has many years of management experience at national and international level in the insurance and healthcare industry. He has been CEO of the Visana Group since 2019.
(*1961) Lorenz Hess is a federally certified PR consultant and has proven experience in the private and public sectors. Among other things, he was Head of Communications at the Federal Office of Public Health, Head of Information at the Bern City Police and is now co-owner of the communications agency Hess Advisum. He is chairman or member of several boards of directors and boards of trustees and holds other management positions; among other things, he has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Visana Group since 2017. As a long-standing member of the National Council, he is one of the most prominent healthcare politicians in Switzerland.
(*1964) Ruth Metzler-Arnold studied law at the University of Fribourg i.Ue. and is a federally certified accountant. She was a member of the Federal Council of the Swiss Confederation from 1999 to 2003 and previously a member of the government of the Canton of Appenzell Innerrhoden. She then worked for the Novartis pharmaceutical group for several years in management positions in France and globally. She is president or member of several boards of directors and foundations, including Switzerland Global Enterprise, vice-president of AXA Switzerland and member of the foundation board of the think tank Avenir Suisse.
(*1951) Fulvio Pelli studied law in Bern and Zurich and runs a law firm and notary’s office in Lugano. He held a number of political offices in Canton Ticino from 1980 onwards at both the communal and the cantonal level; he served as a member of the Swiss National Council from 1995 to 2014; and he was President of the Swiss Free Democratic Party from 2005 to 2012.
The Swiss Medical Network Advisory Board, founded in 2013, is essentially a think tank supporting Swiss Medical Network in maintaining a liberal healthcare policy in Switzerland and its cantons, including private hospitals and independent doctors, supplementary to the public sector. The 33 members of the Advisory Board, the majority of whom are politicians and doctors, are also invited to discuss Swiss Medical Network’s vision of creating an integrated healthcare system in different regions of Switzerland.
