What do you think I can help you with?» these are the basic questions that should be asked of those who present to the Emergency Room where, it is known, even the time factor is as decisive in the perception of the patient as it is in the reception and health care intake. With these considerations, Dr. med. Laura Uccella, who specializes in surgery and emergency medicine, talks about the first months of activity of the Emergency Department of the Clinica  Sant'Anna in Sorengo (opened at the end of October 2024), where she coordinates a highly qualified team in the management of a wide range of critical situations, from medical pathologies to surgical emergencies, toward timely diagnosis and personalized treatment.
